Attest turns the things organizations sign, issue, collect and certify into evidence that anyone can check independently. Every record is anchored on Horizen. Every zero-knowledge proof is verified on zkVerify. And the people using it sign in with a passkey, work in a clean web interface and never touch a wallet, a seed phrase or a token.
We built Attest to bring the guarantees of web3 to teams that expect the experience of web2. We are very proud of the result, and we are excited to put it in your hands.
Evidence Anyone Can Check
Most business evidence still depends on trust in whoever holds it. A signed PDF sits in someone's inbox. A training record lives in an HR system. A compliance report is a document with a logo on it. When a third party needs to rely on any of these, the only option is to ask the issuer and believe the answer.
Attest changes that. Each record it creates carries a cryptographic fingerprint that is anchored on a public blockchain, from the issuer's own wallet. Anyone can drop a file or paste an identifier on the Attest verifier and see, in their own browser, when it was recorded, who issued it, whether it has changed and whether it is still valid. The checks run against Horizen and against the issuer's published keys. They do not depend on trusting Attest's servers.
That is the standard we hold every product in the platform to.

Depth: Built on Open Standards and Real Cryptography
Breadth only matters if every product is sound all the way down. Attest is built on established standards and publicly verifiable infrastructure.
- Passkeys (WebAuthn) for sign-in and for signatures. Each signature is bound to the exact content being signed.
- W3C Verifiable Credentials and the Bitstring Status List for Proof Cards and Certificates, so credentials work with standard wallets and verifiers, including OpenID for Verifiable Credential Issuance.
- Groth16 zero-knowledge proofs, every one of them verified on zkVerify.
- Horizen for anchoring, with each organization anchoring from its own wallet.
- drand, the League of Entropy's public randomness beacon, to time-lock sealed submissions to their deadline.
- Shamir secret sharing, as standardized in ISO/IEC 19592-2, for approval release and continuity vaults.
- A public key directory anchored on Horizen, so browsers encrypt only to keys that have been published and can be audited.
Our compliance proofs build on the security scan circuit from Hubz VCE, the verifiable compliance evidence project DataHubz developed with funding from Thrive and Horizen. Attest is where that work reaches everyday business use, in production on Horizen mainnet and zkVerify mainnet.
The Power of Web3 with the Experience of Web2
We made a firm decision early on: the people who use Attest should never have to learn a blockchain.
Signing up takes an email address. Signing in and signing documents take a passkey on the laptop or phone you already use. Every account and every organization gets its own anchoring wallet automatically, and Attest handles the network fees. Recipients open agreements and credentials from a link. Verifiers check everything from a web page.
Every step produces cryptographic evidence on public infrastructure, inside an interface that works like the business software your teams already use. This is what makes verifiable evidence practical at enterprise scale.
Verifiable Compliance, Taken to a New Level
Compliance has always depended on documents that describe controls and on auditors who vouch for them. Attest makes the evidence itself verifiable, and it does so without exposing the sensitive data behind it.
Certificates you can check end to end. An Attest certificate is signed by each named person with a passkey, then signed by the issuing organization as a Verifiable Credential, rendered as a PDF and anchored on Horizen. Anyone can confirm in their browser that the content is exactly what was signed, that each signature is valid and that the certificate is still in force.
Zero-knowledge proof of remediation. For security assessments, a certificate can carry a zero-knowledge proof, verified on zkVerify, that every finding in the assessment was closed. The proof reveals nothing about how many findings there were, what they were or how severe. It is bound to the specific certificate and to the content its signers approved, and an auditor holding the finding list can confirm that the proof covers exactly that set.
Evidence that stands on its own. Our security assessment platform, Rubro, already uses Attest to anchor its sealed test stages, its audit trail and a daily record of its automated operations. Every piece of evidence delivered to a client can be traced to a sealed stage whose fingerprint was anchored on Horizen when it was sealed.
Credentials that stay current. Training records, supplier approvals and certifications issued as Proof Cards can be suspended or revoked, and every verifier sees the current status immediately, without contacting the issuer.
For compliance teams, this means demonstrating controls with evidence that any auditor, customer or regulator can verify independently. For the organizations relying on that evidence, it means confidence grounded in mathematics and public infrastructure.
For Developers and Integrators
Everything available in the dashboard is also available through the Attest API. Teams can issue receipts from their pipelines, create certificates from their own systems, issue Proof Cards at scale and verify any record programmatically.
The Integrations API is designed for platforms that serve many organizations. Each organization receives its own anchoring wallet, events are anchored individually, webhooks report status changes, and daily state snapshots can carry zero-knowledge proofs of properties of an organization's data, verified on zkVerify.
